* Chakra & Element Based Classes 

    *An average of 2 classes per day which will include a variety of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Resorative and Arial Yoga,  with a  mix of options for classes such as Sound Bath, Guided Meditation, Breathwork and Journaling, all revolving around a Chakra & Element based theme for the New Year.  Intention Setting Ceramonies to include an Opening & Closing ceramony as well as an optional Cacao Ceramony.
